What We Can and Can't Help With

Can you recommend a specific riad, guide, or restaurant?

Not by direct endorsement. Availability and quality of small businesses change too quickly to recommend one by name from here. Our articles describe what kinds of places to look for and how to tell good from bad; current, specific recommendations are best obtained from your accommodation on arrival or from recent traveller reviews.

Can you handle accommodation or tour bookings?

No. We are an editorial site only. We do not take bookings, commissions, or payments on behalf of any accommodation or service provider.

Can you plan my itinerary?

We are not an itinerary-planning service. The articles on this site — especially 48 Hours in Tiznit and Getting Here — are intended as planning material you can adapt yourself.

I have information you should add — will you publish it?

Maybe. We are interested in corrections, updated practical information, and factual background we may have missed. We do not publish unsolicited personal essays, paid-for placements, or content about places outside our topic.

Can you help with emergencies or problems during my trip?

No, we cannot. For urgent travel assistance, please contact your embassy or consulate, your accommodation, your travel insurer, or the relevant Moroccan emergency services (police: 19, medical: 15, gendarmerie: 177).

We can reply in English and French. Messages in Arabic or Tachelhit will be translated; a response may take longer.
